Fatal error: Call to undefined function socket_create_pair()

Socket functions are ON, socket_create_listen(2200); works and phpinfo shows socket functions enabled.

Any suggestions?

This function was disabled before php5.3 on windows.

No, this issue is NOT resolved.
I wrote support request about dbg module for PHP 5.3 one week ago. No respose at all (except autoreplay). My project is stagnating.
