Where can I download php_dbg-5.2.8 from?

Hello!
My envirenment is php 5.2.8 and apache 2.2.x.
I neet to debug to do my project in php.
If some one know, please tell me where can I download php_dbg-5.2.8 from?

debugger modules for debugging php-5.2 are shipped with PhpED. Please consult with NuSphere\PhpED\Debugger\Server\readme.txt file.
