Updating using installer - could be better.

Hi NuSpere team,

Thought I'd toss out a couple of ideas on some changes that could be made to the update process.

1) An option in the help menu to manually check if an update is available, and to login/start download directly from there. Having an IDE check for updates when a browser is opened seems, well, wierd.

2) Instead of asking if a dll should be over written, check the version number first.

3) Instead of just overwriting or keeping the old php.ini, check to see if they match. If they don't then give an informative message.

4) If it is an update ( which the installer should be able to check ); then just give a one option check mark on the first installer window, to Update with current settings.

In the end it is about not requiring me to tell it what to do with each update; users shouldn't be bothered with all of that for an update unless there is a clear reason, and that reason should be told to the user in an informative way instead of just 'overwrite? yes/no

Cheers!
