Would be nice if TODO Panel could support additional code comments like:

- NOTE
- MARK
- BUG

and having a additional column for date (in ISO format)

// TODO -o OWNER -c CATEGORY -d DATE

or even supporting following syntax:

// TODO:2009-10-28:myname: What i have todo

And a feature to exclude certain files/paths...

For instance, if the project includes jquery-ui, you'll end up with a long list of todo-s in jquery-ui scripts that you don't necessarily want to know about.
