Using SRV web server with mod_rewrite

I'm using PhpED to develop my drupal website, it's a nice tool, but if I open clean URL support in drupal with mod_rewrite on, PhpED SRV local web server will always hit "404 not found" error when I run my website in PhpED:

HTTP/404
The requested URL alias for D:/Fragrance/WebSite/YBtech/node/2 is not defined.

When I run my website in Apache server ,everything is OK. So now I'm wondering whether PhpED SRV server need my extra configuration like what I do in the http.conf for Apache?
Where can I configurate SRV server to support mod_rewrite?

Thanks

mod_rewrite is an Apache module. It can not be used with any other web servers.
In other words, you have to use Apache if your php application depends on mod_rewrite.
PhpED supports all web servers that can php, and debugger modules are available for many platforms including FreeBSD, Linux, Solaris, Windows etc... Check readme.txt file in %PROGRAMFILES%\nusphere\phped\debugger\server subdirectory for supported platforms.
