How to open an existing project folder in the NuSphere5.6IDE

I am unable to open an exisiting project folder into the NuSphere IDE.

Please help me out on this.

Also, explanation about debugging the code would also be helpful.

Try to create new project and proceed with project settings Wizard. It will ask for everything, including project directory.
