Can I run this update

Hi,
I have not updated NuSphere phpED since version 5,2 (build 5442). Can I run the newest update from yesterday (ver 5.5.2) without any precautions?

I have installed the new version on top of the old one without unistalling. The result is that I still have Ver 5.2 (build 5442) and Apache is installed without working (Error: "Failed to start Apache").

PhpED installer does never change Apache configuration. There should be another reason for the coincidence.
Also, installer updates the product version, it can not remain the same. Seems you installed something else, not PhpED.
