Is it any setting to get the right attributes action, method ...?

All the attributes are NOT in the uppercase style.
And they aren't at least for some years now.

For me they are not like that! (I am using build 5620)

Looks like you followed "instructions" published by Intro and overwrote configuration files with old copies.
Now you have no other ways to recover but reinstall the product.
This time don't change anything in %APPDATA%\nusphere\phped\config directory, just install the product on over the installed.

I allways proceed with the method you suggest: I overwrite the former installation.

I have just overwritten build 5620 by 5620 for the same poor result: ACTION, METHOD ... are still there and PHP4 files are still the first option for "default file to run" though I no more install PHP4.

The only file I do not overwrite is /php5/php.ini because I am tired to have to enable the GD2 extension.

please compare %PROGRAMFILES%\NuSphere\PhpED\config\phped.rel
with %APPDATA%\NuSphere\PhpED\config\phped.rel

They are the same old files (february 02 2004, 11530 bytes)

please run phped installer with /LOG=path\to\alogfile.txt
and send this log to NuSphere support.

It is done.
