Would this bundle (NuSphere TechPlatform) be able to connect, through php, to an Informix database?

We are running SunOS 5.8

I have tried to do this myself by compiling php5.2.5 to no avail. And that is just the last hurdle I hit. So even if I solve this one I'll see more, as these things go on Unix. I know there's something called PDO_INFORMIX and php5 has config options for shared pdo...

you need the following dlls loaded in ....apache\bin\php.ini:
php_pdo.dll
php_pdo_informix.dll
and you'll get this API:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.pdo-informix.connection.php

alternatively you may want to use php_ixsfunc.dll and get this API: http://www.php.net/manual/en/book.ifx.php

and don't forget to restart Apache after the changes in php.ini are done.
