Ok I know that I am altering the right PHP.ini file, because I changed some other settings and restarted Apache, and the phpinfo displayed these changes.
So WHY can't I get MySQL to work, it just ignores the extensions ??? |

Got the answer this evening from Nusphere support.
If you have a similar problem then please copy these dll's > libmysql.dll > fdftk.dll > fribidi.dll > gds32.dll > libmcrypt.dll > libmhash.dll > libswish-e.dll > msql.dll > ntwdblib.dll > yaz.dll From the php directory into the apache/bin directory This is an Techplatform installaer issue with version 5. I take it will be corrected, but if you find the same problem then follow the above solution. |

I had the problem as well and I finally figured it out. The php.ini file that is used is the one in the directory:
C:\Program\nusphere\TechPlat\apache\bin Edit that one - and DO NOT EDIT the one which is in the TechPlat\apache\php-directory. |
