I'm talking about the new blue "monitor" icon, situated on the midlle grey column, which allows you to see a dual view of the php vs. the output.

The fact that this icon is blue is very distracting for me. It is situated near breakpoints and bookmarks and I always have the impression that I have one or the other because of this icon. I would like an option to remove the icon (I don't use it) or I would like it to be grey, not blue.
