How can I hide the "DOS Prompt Screen" ?

Hi,

Everytime when phpdock.exe is launched, the "Dos Prompt Screen" (black screen in full screen size) will be loaded
and I need to use "Alt+Tab" to switch back to windows.

Is there anyway to hide or load it at background?
