I have some doubts if DBG is compatible with Zend Winabler.
Could anybody point me out how to install dbg under Winabler ?

Dbg 2.16.x IS compatible with Zend WinEnabler.
It's not too hard to install it:
First, install WinEnabler.
NOTE: do never install it on SSLed Apache 1.3. WinEnabler is NOT compatible with EAPI Exclamation

Open <program_files>\Zend\WinEnabler\etc\php.ini in your favorite editor and add the following line before the Zend section:

zend_extension_ts="<full_path_to_php_dbg>\php_dbg.dll-4.3.4"

That's all tricks.
Restart Apache and WinEnabler services and make sure DBG is shown in phpinfo().
