Insert Image from Workspace into Editor window

Hi.

Is is possible to change the output of inserting the image into the editor window ?

so to have not:
<img src="/images/pic.png" border="0" width="75" height="75" alt="pic.png (4 086 bytes)">

but
<img src="/images/pic.png" width="75" height="75" alt="">
