Don't know if this is an existing feature or a feature request. Here goes...

The more common ampersand codes for HTML, I've got memorized. There are times when I know that there is an ampersand code for a special character, which requires me to hunt the code down on some web site or book.

Is there a way to have a list of possible ampersands when '&' is typed? If this turns out to be a feature request, then it would be great if the symbol displays along with the code.
