i see fixed html code completion in 5517 but the cursor goes beging the closed tag and should between opening and closed
for example i write
<p> and get </p> and goes beging </p> and should be between them to write text immediatelly and not to move cursor bewtween them

No, there were no fixes related to tag-auto close in 5517. We fixed cursor positioning in 5518.
