Nusoap and PHP 5.2.5

Hi.
I have php page, working with PHP 5.2.3.
But the same page with PHP 5.2.5 gives an error message like

HTTP Error: Couldn't open socket connection to server http://myserver_asmx?op=ProcessRequest, Error (804358928):

Did anybody have same problem any time?
Anfd what does Error (804358928) mean?
