Sending SOAP header with nusoap

Hi

I'm using nusoap in my PHP code to consume a C# webservice. This webservice uses SOAP headers for user authentication : login and password are inserted in SOAP headers.

But I have no idea about the way to insert user and password in SOAP headers with nusoap. Could you help me ?
