Registered PolyStyle but getting errors trying to load

I just purchased PhpED Pro and I also purchased PolyStyle. I have installed both and in settings -> tools -> external tools I pointed to my PolyStyle folder in program Files (using XP Pro). When I try formatting a file (inside PhpED) I get an error - cant find some dll and jetpak issue. PolyStyle works outside of PhpED

Please help.
