I am using PhpED version 5.2.0 (Build 5237), but I have the error invalid date encoder when I trie to connect via ftp.
Whats wrong?

Date encoding is not specified in FTP standards. Each server uses its own format according to the locale and supporting them all is a headache.
I'd recommend you set locale setting to have date/time in ls -la command output according to this: M DD YYYY (for example "Nov 10 2007" )
Try this export LC_ALL=en_US.ISO8859-1 in the profile script.
