Did you try to turn on UTF-8 in the account settings for the terminal?
In this case all international characters can be entered the same say you do in any other windows GUI applications. |

OKay, you solved me one problem.
When i check setting "Enable UTF-8 support" i can write most of the needed chars, but, what about backslash char? I need it when i want to exit from some Unix application for ex. ? |

It may depend on the keyboard hardware and windows keyboard layout. For example I have just one key that enters slash (\), it's located near by Enter key. Does your keyboard allow you to enter it with one key or you have to press something special? (I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with PL layouts in general and have no clue what AltGr+q means) |

Yes, i need to press "something" special, and that is the combination of: AltGr + Q, or combination of: Ctrl + Alt + Q
As I'm using Windows, AltGr (right Alt) is the same as Ctrl + Alt So, if i want to use backslash (Reverse Solidus) i need to type the combination of AltGr and Q, pressing them together at the same time ... There is a great example of what i need and how to write special chars on my keyboard layout at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AltGr_key#Croatian.2C_Slovenian.2C_Serbian_.28latin.29 and very good interactive example of Croatian keyboard at http://ascii-table.com/keyboard.php/234-1 |

Does Ctrl+Alt+Q or AltGr+Q work in the editor? I mean will it enter \ when you press AltGr+Q?
