faster "Find Declaration"

i think the "Find Declaration Shift+F12" function is wonderful for code tracing!
however, the speed is unacceptably slow when the project is huge, ie Moodle.
i would appreciate if there is a (better)cache file for the "Find Declaration" function, which will greatly increase the searching speed!!
