I have some issue with the debugger.
every time it tries to load the http://localhost:8080/file:xxxx
but my testing machine answers to an IP address and not to localhost or 127.0.0.1.
how can i change it ?
i did not find any place where to setup it.

The reference to localhost and port 8080 suggests that you have set debugging to happen on the SRV local web server. If you testing machine is not the local machine, then you need to change this setting to 3rd party web server. You can set the default for PhpED via Tools / Settings / IDE / Run & Debug, and on project level by opening Project / Project Properties and adjusting the Run Mode.
