Fatal error function getDebug()

Hi

i receive this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function getDebug() on a non-object in C:\wamp\www\test\lib\nusoap.php on line 7354

when include this line in my code:

$soapclient = new soapclient('http://127.0.0.1:9080/charlyWebService/wsdl/LeeXmlAutodoc?wsdl', true);
$err = $soapclient->checkWSDL();
