I have a question.
I set my project similar as in help “Example #4 Single Project with separation of Web Root and libraries, both visible on workspace.“.
Now when I click on Smart Sync in directories severally, everything is OK bat when I use Smart Sync for project, PhpED wants download other files and directories from server root directory to local too. Server root directory is in this case server directory equivalent to Project root directory in local computer.
This problem is with Download Project and Smart Download Project too.

Any ideas?
