I'm using phped 4.6 with php4 and php5 installed. Now it runs php v4.4.3. How do I change the configuration to run php5?

In the Settings, Tools, I changed the "Path to php.ini" to point to the php.ini in the php5 directory. I restarted phped but that did not work. I still ran php v4.4.3.

go to the settings screen, you have a page there for the associations (under 5.2 this is IDE > Associations).
Remove the *.php from PHP4 and add it to PHP5
That should solve your problem
