Resizing the Settings panel

Could you make please a resizable Settings panel?

I'd like to see more from code templates, than this narrow place shows. I know this is a paste place but it is good for quick corrections, too.

My other request is to put a favorite folder star on the Project Properties/Browse for folder panel
