When I debug, I have a problem with variables watching. It seem all string was shifted right 1 byte, so they have an extra 1 byte in the first and lack one byte in the last.

I did not see anything like this in the product. Although I'm not sure if it is helpful for you to know whether anybody in the world has seen this problem or you're alone with this trouble. It won't help you. What I'd recommend is to contact support and provide them with all details, including code sample, complete content of the watches, debugger settings and product build/version numbers.
Anyway this forum provides no tech support and may not help you with resolving the problem.
