[not an issue] Transliteration Errors clogging search result

I have a project directory that contains several third-party tools.
Whenever I search for something within my project, the search results get clogged by hundreds of "Transliteration failed" Error messages. This makes it almost impossible to properly search inside projects.
Can I switch this off somehow? I did not find anything in the options.

this is not an issue with PhpED v5.2. where search results are displayed in separated window.
