PhpED Professional licence on Vista Ultimate x64. Tried to de- and re-install 2 times incl. deleting personal confs, rebooted between.
hardware is an 6600er Core2Duo with 6GB RAM.

Everything works fine EXCEPT code templates. no autocompletion or suggestion here. just a cursor showing me <1sec that my system is thinking and an "error ping"; no error, nothing... just NOTHING. Sad
no default templates are suggested and even no self-made.

e.g. it suggest me "swish" classes at "swi" even nothing at "switch" or any other code word.

any suggestions?

I am somewhat disappointed support didn't replied last 48h.

The templates are not shown in the code completion, it's a separate subsystem. You activate it by pressing Control+J by default.
Also note that the templates that are shown depend on the type of file you are currently editing. E.g if your PHP is set to version 5, make sure that the Language dropdown is set to PHP5 before you make changes.
Hope that helps!
