Smart debug Reporting

In phpEd I can choose to report a bug (help.nusphere online.submit bug report).
This brings you to a website where you:

1. Have to logon
2. Have to define everything about versions (PHP, phpEd, OS)
3. Enter details about the bug.

Why not just give me the screen where I can define the Bug and let phped retrieve the version info. this makes it a lot easier to report bugs?
