i'm trying to figure out how to have several bindings in one wsdl. Is that possible at all?
I'd like to do it like they do it here: auktionmaster.channeladvisor.de/api/1.0/docu/index.html

In my case i'd like to separate Product, Category, Orders (for a shop system).

Can it be done with nusoap?

I think it's not possible without direct access to wsdl property of the server object.
See how wsdl's configureWSDL() works with its bindings, schemas, and namespaces array. It's very close, but you can't call configureWSDL multiple times or else new wsdl will be created each time.
