Using PHPEd version: 4.5.1 4522

There is still a problem in debugging. Sometimes (it's very difficult to reproduce) the debugger is stopping on the right breakpoint set, but showing the wrong script.
The script which should be showed is open in the editor. Switching to the right script in such case and pressing F7 for the next step returns the cursor to the wrong script.

Only closing and re-opening the PHPEditor seems to help.

I've seen this happen when my remote and local scripts are out of sync. I noticed that if I make a change to a local file and then re-run the debugger without re-uploading the file, the debugger will highlight the wrong lines as you step through the code. When this happens I simply stop the debug session, save the file to the remote server and restart the debug session and it fixes it. Perhaps that sheds some light on your problem?
