I'm a new user. I spent 2 weeks with the evaluation copy of PHPed and decided to purchase the Pro version.

After purchase...and install, the real version would not work properly [like the evaluation version did].

So I choose to do complete un-install with the hope of installing my Pro version from scratch. After doing so...it still did not work properly.

So I un-installed it again...threw away the nusphere folder in programs folder. [I even said "don't keep my user settings" during the un-install].

Then...just for a sanity check [I am loosing whatever sanity I still have left] I went into tune-up utilities registry editor and did a search on nusphere and the result was 133 hits. Shocked

Please...when someone wants to un-install your products...help them out by doing so...COMPLETELY.

What a pain in the butt... Evil or Very Mad ...having to go remove every single registry entry...just to be sure the registry entries are not causing my problems.

Dear Steve,
It's known that many registry values are created by Microsoft Windows when it caches files you run or dlls loaded. I'm sure that PhpED uninstaller removes all registry values created with installer. Although, if you get any problem with uninstaller (or any other part of any NuSphere product), please submit a report to NuSphere Support team directly.
