Nube here, so be gentle

I installed TechPlat, but I only have three buttons on the left: Admin Home, Documentation, and Site Testing. I have no options to set up users, access UltraSQL, or really do anything productive at all. Is this normal?

In the docs, it says to click on Administration to do all that. Did I do something wrong?

Also, in my SysTray, it says Apache Stopped, and when I try to start Apache, it says ERROR: Failed to start Apache...

It must be running though because I can access localhost. [Sigh] I don't know what's going on with this...
