would be nice if you list all the steps you do to replicate the problem

Not hard to replicate:
windows XP phped 5.0 5019 1) Load a page in the internal browser (I still use IE as the internal browser, if it matters) 2) Click a link that would load another page and immediately swtich to another application, before the new page is loaded. phped will regain focus when the new page is loaded. I have some pages that do 1 or even 2 redirect so I'm forced to stay in phped until the very last page is loaded. |

You can use TweakUI to prevent application from stealing focus.
Install TweakUI, the option is under "General, Focus". |

This post was a great help to me. I hope this gets fixed in a future version.

There is nothing to fix.
Under Win32, an application can not grab focus from another application, until system settings are changed. These settings might be altered by for example some 3rd party application that you have installed (and possibly already removed). Anyway, PhpED does not do this and if you run PhpED on a fresh XP, or W2k, or Vista host, you will never get any problems with focus. TweakUI mentioned there is inteneded to help you restore original behaviour of the operating system. |
