Wrong DBG version in TechPlatform

I decided to evaluate PhpEd. I installed the TechPlatform. When I try to use PhpEd with the TechPlatform it returns the error:

Error
Wrong version (3.1) of debugger module detected on the server side.
Debugger module version of 3.2 is needed to start debug session.

Found the files in the PhpEd installation, shut down Apache, and copied them into the php/ext directory, and restarted Apache in it gets in.
