Changing execution point in debug session

The dbg web site ( http://www.php-debugger.com/dbg/ ) says that the commercial version of the debugger allows you to change the execution point (in addition to setting breakpoints).
How can this be done?

right click on the code while debug session is started and select Set Executoin Point
