Hi.

It would be nice to have code folding at if statements.

According to NuSphere, automatic fold points around control blocks (such as if...else) is coming in a future update. Realize that code folding was just introduced a couple months ago, so it's really early in its refinement cycle. It'll get better.

Great ! except that I just bought nusphere 5.0 on 08/17/2007 and it seems that I'll have to pay again to get this feature as upgrade from 5.0 to 5.2 isn't free Sad

Seems highly unlikely that a new version being released within + 1 month of your purchase date is not viable for upgrading. (Although I can't decide on that Wink)
Why don't you try to mail the NuSphere Sales department to find out? All they can say is yes or no, you won't lose anything in either case.

If it was PRO or Advantage version purchased, 5.2 was available for free as well as all new releases during 1 (3) years.
If it was Standard version purchased within 1 month, 5.2 would be available for free too.
But seems mediaforest him/herself did not purchase anything from NuSphere Smile

I'm working for a French "Collectivité Locale". For this reason, it is impossible for us to pay online in dollars and by bank card, only by administrative mandate on the french "Trésor Public". We thus contatcted a firm which bought the software for us.
The account which was gave me by this firm for download and upgrade is JUNGCK, created by "Chistian JUNGCK".
But I can't use it on this forum, because, it's not my email which is recorded with this account.

You Say :

But in the section "My Products" of my account, I see :

Quote:

NuSphere PhpED Standard 5.0.1 for Windows (Build 5031)
NuSphere-phped-5.0.1std-Win32.exe
[Product Notes] [Product Change Log] Serial(s): XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX

for downloading,
And below
Quote:

NuSphere PhpED Standard 5.2 for Windows (Build 5210)
Order Upgrade

So the upgrade isn't free

By the way I would like to know why ALL my previous posts have been deleted ?

Please see the sticky with rules on this forum and post your questions to Customer Care dept as other people can hardly help you with paying $19 for the upgrade.

I'm sorry, but I was just answering to your remark concerning the fact that I wasn't a nusphere customer.
My previous posts, those which have been removed, were about code folding for if, foreach, while, switch or any structure statements, which is exactly the subject of this thread, if I don't mistake.
I was wondering why this feature hadn't been implemented the same way as on all GNU Linux editors (with fully available source code), because I find it a bit useless to have a code folding feature if it's limitated to comments and functions.

I'm happy to know that the current release enhances this feature, and I will try to get it as soon as possible, because, it's the best tool I know, for the job I do.
