wsiwig mode for php files

I would really like if there is wisiwig functionality for the php files, much like dreamweaver. Very Happy

wisiwig is a technology intended for static contents while php is mostly intended for buildig dynamic one.

You'd use html wisiwig tools and then put your php (or better Smarty) code in it.
