problem with utf-8 encoding

Hi,
when I debug scripts saved as utf-8 file the debugger show wrong characters into the tooltip and into the Local Variables pane; please check the image below.



I assure the file is saved in UTF-8 (I see this info in the lower-right corner)

Is it a bug or I'm wrong?

Dear Black, please make sure that you also set UTF-8 in debugger settings, it should take care of that

at the moment the setting is "System default encoding"

where can I check the "system default encoding" - in project -> CVS I've utf-8

System default encoding means that debugger should work with encoding specified on tools->settings->IDE settings->"Default file encoding". If it's also System default encoding, the OS ANSI code page will be taken, which can never be utf-8.
