I have been using PhpEd for a while. I set my project to use a 3rd party webserver (apache comes with Tech Platform).

And then for a moment I switched to use local CGI and the local SRV web server. When I switched back to use a 3rd party webserver, I found that the field for "remote root directory" was changed the value of "root directory". Even worse, I could not change the field any more.

I tried even starting a new project. But even with a new project, I could not change the field for "remote root directory".

Did I miss something? Thanks!

Clement

if it's PhpED STANDARD you're using, you can debug only on your local machine and therefore project root directory should always match remote directory.
In case of TechPlatform (or any other Apache distro), just point your project root to the web site document root directory.

Okay. I see.

I just "upgraded" from an evaluation license to a standard license. This explains the change in behavior.

Thanks!
