problems downloading the latest update

Hi,

I get these problems downloading the latest release:

NuSphere PhpED 5.0.1 for Windows (Build 5031) - Download NuSphere-phped-5.0.1-Win32.exe

The download server does not support resuming.
The server is always giving me this answer recently:

it's the browser's or download manager's interpretation of HTTP/503 error. Our server returns it if you are trying to download with more than 5 simultaneous connections. It's the limit we set to avoid DoS. Please check your settings and make sure you are not violating the limit.
