Singe upgrading to 5.0.1 i am uanble to save files to an sftp account anymore.

For example, when saving the file /main/index.php to sftp connection you get the messge:
"Cant save to C:/main/index.php"

I dont know if this affects saving to other drives or not etc, just can save new files to sftp stuff. Saving existing files works ok.
