Blue Dots in PhpED Debug

What are the blue dot on the left of the PhpED debug screens on version 5.0? The menu doesn't cover this feature at all.

I think those are executable line, i.e. lines where you can set breakpoints.

They are the lines where php engine has generated code that can be intercepted by debugger
