[fixed] Toggle bookmark bug with word wrap on [build 5028]

The problem is simple: when word wrap is on the toggle bookmark shortcut doesn't set the bookmark if cursor is beyond EOL /even if the line isn't wrapped/.

If a bookmark is already set on this line, using the shortcut in the same place successfully removes it.

With word wrap turned off this problem doesn't occurr.
