Block duplicate seems to loose track of start position!

If I select a block of text to duplicate (say a table row) then the start position of the block after it's duplicated is set to the line above the duplicated block.

thanks for the report.
It appears that the probelm happens only when USE TAB CHARACTER is on and you have tabs in the text
