Upgrading a PC with PHPEd installed

I have licensed PHPEd installed on 2 Windows 2000 pc's and I'm thinking of upgrading to XP. I've had problems previously trying to upgrade over an existing installation of Windows, so I prefer to format and do a clean install. But I'm not sure what will happen when I re-install my copies of PHPEd. Will my existing serial numbers work when I re-install?

Sure, after you upgrade the OS, PhpED will accept your s/n. A new s/n is required only if you upgrade PhpED itself.
