1. When commiting a file change: new file, rename or delete - the relevant folder in the file explorer should be refreshed to reflect the changed file.
2. The default "save as" folder should be the selected folder in the file explorer, or this should be a preference.
3. Right-clicking a folder should have "new file" and "paste" feature.
4. Right-clicking a file should have "copy" feature.
