Download NuSphere-phped-5.2-debugger-ssl.zip
Download NuSphere-phped-5.2-Win32.exe

In the past I remember there was 1 version and it worked with ssl too

what you referred to is a package with special version of debugger modules that encrypts its traffic with strong security (available with SSL protocol). If you debug over a trusted network or if you're debugging through an ssh tunnel, you don't need this extra security.
On the other hand, the package itself is quite big because we added support for 20+ platforms, so we decided to provide those modules separately.
